Streszczenie

Książka jest poświęcona zagadnieniu dopuszczalności ustalania cen odsprzedaży towarów w prawie unijnym i amerykańskim. Przedstawiona prawnoporównawcza analiza właściwych rozwiązań prawa europejskiego i amerykańskiego, przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem metody funkcjonalno-kontekstowej, ma na celu rozstrzygnięcie, który z badanych systemów prawa skuteczniej chroni konkurencję, a następnie opracowanie propozycji zmian poszczególnych rozwiązań prawnych.
