Zgodnie z Komunikatem Prorektora UŁ ds. nauki dotyczącym systemu ScienceON od 15.09.2023 r. Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego wprowadza dane o wszystkich publikacjach wydanych przez siebie...
W ostatnich trzech dekadach problematyka przedsiębiorczości rodzinnej jest podejmowana przez coraz liczniejsze grono badaczy, także w Polsce, a jej znaczenie wyraźnie wzrosło. Mimo zidentyfikowania przez środowisko naukowe wielu zmiennych opisujących specyfikę funkcjonowania tej grupy podmiotów gospodarczych, dużo kwestii nadal wymaga pogłębionych eksploracji. Jedną z nich stanowi strategia sukcesji w szczególności w odniesieniu do spółek rodzinnych, których akcje notowane są na rynku kapitałowym. W prezentowanej książce skoncentrowano się więc na diagnozie strategii sukcesji władzy i własności w spółkach rodzinnych notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Niewiele publikacji dotyczy wyłącznie podmiotów rodzinnych, których akcje notowane są na rynku kapitałowym. Ponadto w trakcie przeprowadzania badań autorka dostrzegła brak opracowań naukowych diagnozujących sytuację sukcesji w polskich spółkach rodzinnych, których akcje są przedmiotem obrotu na rynku kapitałowym.
W monografii przedstawiono zarówno szerokie ujęcie teoretyczne funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw rodzinnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem strategii sukcesji, jak i wnikliwą analizę badań empirycznych we wskazanym zakresie wzbogaconą wnioskami autorki.
