Rapports polonais. XXIIe Congrès international de droit comparé

This volume comprises twenty Polish national reports prepared for the XXII General Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law, held in Berlin in 2026. The contributions address the Congress topics proposed by the Academy across the major fields of law. Together, they examine a broad range of legal problems, focusing on innovative issues of global significance with a strong comparative potential. The chapters are authored by distinguished Polish scholars representing the country’s leading academic institutions.

Le présent ouvrage rassemble vingt rapports nationaux polonais préparés en vue du XXIIe Congrès général de l’Académie internationale de droit comparé, tenu à Berlin en 2026. Ces contributions abordent les thèmes du Congrès proposés par l’Académie dans les principaux domaines du droit. Ensemble, elles examinent un large éventail de problématiques juridiques, en mettant l’accent sur des questions novatrices d’importance mondiale présentant un fort potentiel comparatif. Les chapitres ont été rédigés par d’éminents chercheurs polonais représentant les principales institutions universitaires du pays.
