Monografia „Przedsiębiorczość korporacyjna – skala zjawiska i uwarunkowania rozwoju” przedstawia kompleksowe podejście do zjawiska przedsiębiorczości korporacyjnej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki funkcjonowania dużych przedsiębiorstw w dynamicznych warunkach rynkowych. Autorka definiuje przedsiębiorczość korporacyjną jako ciągły proces identyfikacji oraz wykorzystywania okazji biznesowych przez interesariuszy wewnętrznych organizacji w warunkach niepewności i ryzyka.
W pracy dokonano wnikliwego i krytycznego przeglądu istniejących definicji przedsiębiorczości korporacyjnej, analizując kluczowe konstrukty, takie jak orientacja przedsiębiorcza, przywództwo przedsiębiorcze, strategiczne zarządzanie zasobami oraz kultura przedsiębiorcza.
