The folowing article briefly explains how synonyms of word collection are not exactly synonyms and why. Using the example of the Poznań collector Marian Haber, the stages leading to the creation of the museum protocol were described and the entire decision-making process of the National Museum in Poznań was examined. The appearance and contents of the Procurement Committee of the Museuilles and attachments, which form a full documentation of the acquisition of the legacy of Marina Haber, were also described. In addition, a short characteristic of the object selected from the collection was also made to present the method of its formation.
