Poland and Central and Eastern Europe in the 20th Century
The series presents various visions of Poland's role in Central and Eastern Europe in political, economic and civilizational-cultural terms - from the late 19th century to the early 21st century. Its aim is to popularize the results of scientific research, which can be applied both in academic circles and in educational institutions, scientific and research centers, non-governmental organizations, public administration and opinion-forming media - in Poland and abroad.
Publications appearing in the series foster a better understanding of contemporary geopolitical and geo-economic debates, setting them in the broad context of Poland's history and the figures who have had a significant impact on shaping its position in the region.
The studies included in the series are one of the results of the research project Elektroniczna platforma transferu wiedzy i zasobów źródłowych: Wizje roli Polski w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej w koncepcjach geopolitycznych, gospodarczych i cywilizacyjno-kulturowych w XX w. (Electronic Platform for Transfer of Knowledge and Source Resources: Visions of Poland's role in Central and Eastern Europe in geopolitical, economic and civilization-cultural concepts in the 20th century).
