Vade Nobiscum

The Vade Nobiscum (“Follow with us”) series is an initiative of the Student Academic Circle of Historians at the University of Lodz, published continuously since 2009. Its title, proposed by Zofia Brzozowska - then president of SKNH - reflects the idea of a common path of young researchers towards deepening historical knowledge.

The series publishes peer-reviewed scholarly articles, which are the aftermath of papers delivered during successive editions of the Łódź Spring of Young Historians and other thematic conferences organized or co-organized by the SKNH of the University of Łódź.

Publications in the series document the achievements of young historians from all over Poland, while at the same time offering a space for the exchange of ideas and the development of academic competence at an early stage of an academic career.
