Identity of academic creators in the perspective of biographic research

The text is devoted to the analysis of techniques and conditions of constructing the identity of academic creators in the biographic perspective that includes the university culture transgression. The first part of deliberations concerns discussing the notion of an academic creator, his/her role, and the context of social activities. The other one concentrates on the process of constructing academic identity in the context of changes that university culture undergoes, and which primarily concern the consequences of appearance of the syndrome of corporation correctness. The text is a preview of further research into the problem of shaping academic creators’ identity.
