The article disusses Jacek Kryszkowski as an artist of the late avantgarde. He became active mainly in the 1980s was part of the neodada movement Chip In Culture that was a reaction against both the official art and the neoavantgarde structural practices of the 1970s. Kryszkowski became notorious for his actions that were directed against the seriousness of the institution of art as well as the fetishistic practices. The article discusses the texts and publications of Jacek Kryszkowski as an expansion of his artwork after the final dematerialisation.

Kurator wielu projektów, m.in.: Long Gone Susan Philipsz, Poszliśmy do Croatan (z Robertem Rumasem), MORE IS MORE (z Agnieszką Pinderą i Joanną Zielińską), Melancholia sprzeciwu (z Agnieszką Pinderą), Spojrzenia 2011, Dźwięki elektrycznego ciała. Eksperymenty w sztuce i muzyce w Europie Wschodniej 1957–1984 (z Davidem Crowleyem), Notatki z podziemia. Sztuka i muzyka alternatywna w Europie Wschodniej 1968–1994 (wraz z Davidem Crowleyem) oraz Muzeum rytmu (z Natashą Ginwalą). Kurator pawilonu polskiego na 55. Biennale Sztuki w Wenecji. Zwycięzca (z Agnieszką Pinderą) konkursu im. Igora Zabla w 2011 roku. Wykładał na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku. Od roku 2015 wiceprezes AICA Polska.
