Zgodnie z Komunikatem Prorektora UŁ ds. nauki dotyczącym systemu ScienceON od 15.09.2023 r. Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego wprowadza dane o wszystkich publikacjach wydanych przez siebie...
Wiek XX przyniósł istotne zmiany na rynkach kapitałowych, wywołane przeobrażeniami otoczenia ekonomicznego i prawno-regulacyjnego, w tym odnoszące się do polityki dzielenia się zyskiem z akcjonariuszami. Tendencja, która miała swój początek na rozwiniętych rynkach kapitałowych, szczególnie w Stanach Zjednoczonych, dotyczyła poszerzania wachlarza rozwiązań z zakresu możliwości finansowych rozliczeń spółki z jej właścicielami. Zaobserwowano przejście jednostronnej dividend policy w wieloskładnikową payout policy.
Autorka monografii zaprezentowała próbę kompleksowego podejścia do polityki wypłat na rzecz akcjonariuszy w krajowych niefinansowych spółkach notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie w latach 2004-2016. Przeanalizowała zmiany w obszarze polityki wypłat w badanych spółkach. Podjęła próbę identyfikacji czynników determinujących skłonność tych firm do wypłaty dywidendy lub nabywania akcji własnych. Badaniu poddała również reakcje rynku na upublicznienie wiadomości o zainicjowaniu przez spółki wypłacania dywidendy lub wznowieniu jej wypłacania po co najmniej trzech latach oraz na ujawnienie informacji o planach nabywania akcji własnych.
