Metody pomiaru i determinanty jakości informacji w raportach spółek giełdowych

Synopsis

Głównym celem monografii jest zdefiniowanie i kompleksowe zbadanie zagadnienia jakości informacji w raportach obowiązkowych i dobrowolnych sporządzanych przez spółki giełdowe. Przedstawiono w niej analizę determinant jakości informacji i konsekwencji wynikających z jej zróżnicowani a, a także charakterystykę i krytyczną ocenę naukowych metod badania jakości informacji finansowych i niefinansowych oraz formy ich prezentacji. Publikacja zawiera wyniki badań własnych autora na temat determinant kształtujących jakość informacji w raportach spółek notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie z zastosowaniem trzech metod: nietypowych składników memoriałowych, wskaźnika jakości informacji niefinansowych o modelu biznesu i wskaźnika rozbieżności wykresów. Na podstawie rozważań i wyników analiz zasugerowano nowe kierunki badań. Ważnym aspektem pracy jest refleksja nad znaczeniem koncepcji modelu biznesu dla jakości raportów spółek giełdowych oraz jej konsekwencje dla systemu informacyjnego rachunkowości.

Książka jest skierowana do badaczy i studentów zainteresowanych zagadnieniem jakości informacji, a także do księgowych, specjalistów rachunkowości zarządczej, biegłych rewidentów, przedstawicieli instytucji stanowiących standardy sprawozdawczości i nadzorujących rynki finansowe, którzy na co dzień mają wpływ na jakość informacji zawartych w raportach przedsiębiorstw.
