Dzięki zrozumieniu ludzkiej psychiki pokazuje, jak możemy zmienić nasze niezdrowe przyzwyczajenia i potencjalnie schudnąć.

Jane Ogden jest profesorem psychologii zdrowia na Uniwersytecie w Surrey w Wielkiej Brytanii.
